WASTEMASTER
Wastemaster is made by the same people that brought us the Aquaroll and it’s the perfect partner for it. Instead of getting fresh water into the caravan this wastemaster deals with the stuff that you use (other than the toilet waste). Known in the caravan world as grey waste this is the waste that comes from the kitchen and washroom sinks as well as the shower.
You’ll probably see the wastemaster about as often as you’ll see the Aquaroll onsite, it is fairly ubiquitous, if you cane of course be fairly ubiquitous!
What’s The Big Deal About A Wastemaster?
As said earlier the wastemaster is a perfect partner to the Aquaroll, so much so that they are usually sold together as a discounted pair. Here are CaravanVlogger we’ve tried the wastemaster as well as some of the competition. You know what it’s like, you see something and it’s a little cheaper, so you get it and, well, it isn’t as good. You know the old saying “Buy cheap, buy twice” Although in life this isn’t always true, it has to be said, however, with this product, it is absolutely true. In anycase the amount you save it’s really worth just getting both the Aquaroll and the Wastemaster.

Design Features
Yes, we’re really going to look at the design feature of the wastemaster. We’ve used one for years so can probably point out a few things that aren’t obvious from just looking at the picture here. First thing we must say is that it’s quite big. Like the Aquaroll, their size determines how much they can hold, so size is important. AToo small and you’re empty of filling up too often, too big and it’ll be heavy and difficult to store. The wastemaster is trick to store and won’t always fit in the front locker of your caravan. This is largely dependant on the age of your caravan. We had a 2011 Sterling and the wastemaster fitted in the front locker. However, our 2021 Swift, it doesn’t.
So, back to the design, you’ll see from the photo that the wastemaster has what looks like a little shelf, either side of the wheels. This is ideal for placing your toilet cassette, you can secure with a couple of bungees, we can’t remember if you get them with it, however, they are cheap. So whilst your empty your waste water you can also empty your toilet cassette, perfect!
There are 3 caps on the wastemaster, although only two are shown. you can put your waste pipe in either of the two holes you see (removing the caps first) We generally use the lower on at the top of the photo, as the other tends to be too high to connect the waste pipe. The third hole, which you can’t see is at the bottom and is used for emptying the waste water.

As with the Aquaroll you can buy the economy version pictured below. It has thinner recycled plastic and comes with a 2 year warranty as opposed to a 10 year with the full priced one. It also lacks the UV protection of the full fat / full price version.
